Odd Fellows Hall • Phase II

Manchester, NH

The Odd Fellows Hall, located at 434 Lake Avenue in Manchester, NH, was constructed in 1908-09 by the Oak Hill Lodge #97 of the I.O.O.F.

It was originally constructed as a meeting hall, but over the years its beauty had been diminished by changes. Not only did the City need to refurbish the building, they needed to make it useful and compliant with codes such as safety and accessibility.

The renovation was completed in 2014, and with it, the community now had a meeting center as well as additional neighborhood programming and office space.
