Signature on Elm

This project consists of two buildings constructed at the same time, one for Lemay Jewelers, the other for Fournier Furniture, later occupied by Raxx Billiards. This building’s preservation needed to meld new uses and design trends to the historical significance of these buildings. The project consists of first floor retail space with 33 apartments on three floors. The basement will be developed as secure storage and a “Speakeasy” bistro. Still “on the boards,” these renderings show a new use for an old building, respecting its Art Deco aesthetic.
